September 10th, 2011: Five Dock Handball Club got the fifth place in the NSW Handball competition after winning a thrilling match against
Harbourside HC. The match was decided only over the last few minutes! Final score: Five Dock 42 x Harbourside 39
September 3rd, 2011: Five Dock HC missed some key players and was defeated by Hills Heat.-
August 27th, 2011: Five Dock HC played well most of the match but a sequence of errors in attacking and defending from the 10th to the 20th minute of the first half gave Harbourside the victory by 8 goals in an epic 76-goal match.
August 20th, 2011: Five Dock HC played its best half so far but was defeated by Sydney Uni after not being able to keep the good performance on the second half. 
August 13th, 2011: Five Dock HC didn't start the match well and was defeated by Hills Blaze by 37 x 22.
Welcome to the Five Dock Handball Club Website!
Five Dock Handball Club is a recently created team playing the NSW Handball Competition in Sydney area. It was formed early 2011 with the objective of nurturing the Sydney handball.
Our current pool of players is a balanced mixture of newcomers and experienced handballers. Practice sessions and matches happen at the Sydney Olympic Park - Sports Halls.
Handball is a vibrant and fast-paced sport that attracted large spectator crowds during the Sydney 2000 Summer Olympic Games. It is also known as European handball and team handball.
We play the NSW Handball Competition in Sydney. Five Dock HC is very young team still under development and a great club for you start playing handball in Sydney.

The NSW Handball Competition finished last September and will probably restart on May. Our training sessions are scheduled to start on February 2012.
